Charlotte, a female doberman, plays her favorite game at Hendry's Beach in beautiful Santa Barbara. Her black body reflected the sunshine like brand new tin. This portrait is very special to her owner, Charlotte is a show dog and has had a lot of time in the ring, but clearly the beach is where is heart is. Charlotte's custom portrait is a very nice size for over a sofa. Charlotte is almost life size on this canvas. I enjoy the opportunity to paint athletic dogs engaging in their favorite activities.
